Important things to consider before the tournament…
Spectator Ticket Options: FYI- 12 & Under kids receive free entry.
1-Discounted Advance Spectator Ticket Sale. Orders due by Sat, May 7th.
Advance Order Options: 3-day (6/10-12) $35 *ORDER IS COMPLETE.
Spectators receive wristbands; a different color for each day. We deliver them to practice prior to the tournament.

2-Order online using Sports Wrench, then show receipt on phone at Rm 202 at Navy Pier to pick-up wristbands.

3- Purchase CASH Only wristbands at Navy Pier Festival Hall Rm 202, $15 a day, $40 for 3-day.
Player JVA Form: Each player must turn in a completed copy of the JVA Release of Liability Form in order to compete. Forms are due to your coach by Thursday, May 19th.

Parking: Navy Pier
1. Reserve a spot at Navy Pier in advance using Park Whiz.
3-day spot is $111; Mon or Tues is $30 per day. Single day options available.
2. Go to www.spothero.com and find a place within walking distance at private garages, a common app people use in many cities.
3. Take public transportation. Taxi & Uber/Lyft options are available at Navy Pier. There is also a free Trolley that goes to various downtown sites & Union Station during peak times. Check Trolley site for info- may not be available on weekdays. *Note: not available from train station for 7am arrivals. Use taxi or Uber/Lyft for early transportation.

5. Also, remember you can drop off guests free by driving onto the Pier and dropping passengers off
6. Leave your car overnight at Navy Pier lot and save money if you are staying at a hotel on double parking!
Hotel options: we don’t book blocks of rooms for this event but if you choose to stay downtown you might check to see what the Tournament Offers. They also advise that the Navy Pier overnight parking through Park Whiz app might be less expensive than using hotel parking if you’re staying close to Navy Pier.

Tournament Format:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday June 10-11-12 is pool play for day one and two and elimination brackets day three. Each team is guaranteed 7 matches—3 each the first two days and then single elimination begins with bracket play on day three where you will compete until eliminated or win the championship of your division!

*Sunday- All teams will play but there is no set start time in advance; final possible match should be around 6pm if you go that far.
Playing Schedule: Schedules will be posted on AES, our website (link from homepage) and emailed to teams. Schedules will be available by Tues the week of the tourney if not earlier.
Playing Site: Festival Hall at Navy Pier- 600 East Grand Avenue, Chicago

Awards:
Please check the posting /results area and AES for updates on the final day of play on which divisions are eligible for awards
•Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd (both semifinal losers) in the top gold division of each age grouping -only players and head coach present will be given awards
•Player Medals will be awarded to the winners of the other Division brackets (1stplace only) in Silver, Bronze, Copper, etc.
•Please report to the awards booth after the conclusion of your match/or officiating assignment if you are an award winner so the staff may present them to your team…we encourage parents or friends to bring cameras to take team photos.
Lost & Found:
Lost items will be stowed by the Results area for pick-up.
