All spectator tickets must be purchased online. There will be no onsite cash ticket sales. Spectators will be required to follow all protocols and guidelines, including wearing a face mask at all times.
-A 4-day session pass can be purchased for $60.00 per adult and $47.00 per child ages 4 to 9. Daily tickets are available for $18.00 for adults and $13.00 for children (ages 4-9).  Children 3 and under are free. After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email and text with a QR code for each ticket. All tickets are for the designated individual. The QR code and a form of identification for adults (driver’s license, passport, etc.) will need to be shown onsite to gain admittance.
-All spectators, adults and children, MUST bring a signed waiver to be submitted upon admittance. If you purchase a 4-day session pass, you will only need to submit the waiver one time. If you purchase multiple daily passes, you will need to submit the waiver each day.  Please print, sign and bring your waiver.

4/27 Update
Spectators: Due to the pandemic, this year there will be limits on the number of spectators. Each team may have up to 18 spectators per day. Children 3 & under will be permitted into the event at no charge and will not count towards the 18 spectators per team. Different spectators can attend each day with the appropriate ticket, but the total per team may not exceed 18 per day. Tickets cannot be switched between spectators in the same day. All spectator tickets must be purchased online through the tournament. The amount of spectators is subject to change to comply with state and local guidelines. Additional ticket information will be posted online soon. Spectators will be required to follow all protocols and guidelines, including wearing a face mask at all time.

Player Fee: $700 *This is a slight increase over last years fee due to rising van rentals…
*Payment is due in full by 6/1 or in two installments of $350 each on 5/15, 6/1.

Team Flight to Orlando: *Players/chaperones fill seats first, remaining seats open for families.
4/29 Update- *Flight changed from O’Hare to Midway + earlier time.
15HP– 6/21/21- Southwest #482 leaves Midway 8 :05am, arrives Orlando 11:35am
18HP– 6/25/21- Southwest #482 leaves Midway 8 :05am, arrives Orlando 11:35am
*Players will meet at the first Southwest door at Midway at 6am on 6/21 (15HP) or 6/25 (18HP).
*We will take charge of the players from here and get them checked in and to the gate.

*Families are responsible for player’s return flight/transportation (not part of Player Fee). To be safe, return flights should be booked late on the final day or the next day if possible. *Tournament states that matches could be scheduled as late as 8pm on the final day.
*We typically have the players go with their parents once play is complete on the final day. Let us know if your player will be traveling alone and doesn’t plan to join another family. Coaches will take charge of them after the tournament if they book the same return flight above. Contact us if other flight arrangements have been made.

Team Accommodations: Team stays as a group in 6 bedroom homes with a chaperone in Windsor Hills Resort, Kissimmee. Go to VRBO.com, type in Windsor Hills Resort and your dates to check out the area. Condos, townhouses and houses available. Coaches stay in same area. *You would need a rental car. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive to the Orange County Convention Center where most play will take place. Wide World of Sports is about a 10 minute drive but only has 18 courts so fewer teams play there.

Team Food: Teams will compile a menu before leaving for Orlando and make most meals at the house. Teams typically try to do one meal out during the trip. Food cost is responsibility of players, typically $25-$30 per person.

Chaperone: *One chaperone per house. Chaperone gets free accommodation & entry to tournament.

*AAU offers local hotel options  or check out Windsor Hills Resort, Celebration or other resort area. Most competition will be at the Orange County Convention Center so you may want to start your search near or on International Dr, Universal Blvd or I-4. This map will show you the area around the Convention Center and some hotel options. *Competition will be in the North and South building only, we do not use the West building at all.
