Team Flight to Orlando– IPV will check-in Players to team flight 24 hrs in advance. Players should be dropped off at Southwest doors at Midway airport. Coaches will be inside to help players with their boarding pass. We will proceed to the gate as a group.

– 6/16/24- Southwest #4220 leaves Midway 6:50am, arrives Orlando 10:20am.
16HP– 6/20/24- Southwest #4220 leaves Midway 7:30am, arrives Orlando 11am.
17HP– 6/24/24- Southwest #

Arriving in Orlando– We’ll pick-up our rentals, get some lunch then check in at Windsor Hills.

Windsor Hills Resort Main Gate– 2600 N Old Lake Wilson Rd, Kissimmee. Visitors will need to be met at the gate. Team Chaperone will stay with athlete’s.
Team House- 6 bedroom, 4 bath, pool, hot tub, washer, dryer. Provided bedding & towels.

Playing sites:

Orange County Convention Center- North/South Concourse- 9400 Universal Blvd, Orlando.

North Hall- courts 1-62; South Hall 63-130. Courts located on lower level. Enter at N/S B; Exit at N/S A.

West Concourse- 9800 International Dr, Orlando. Courts 131-171. Enter at West A4; Exit at West A1-3.

Final Day of Play: Players will pack up what they need for the last day in their backpack in the evening prior to final day of play. Parents with access to a car are encouraged to make arrangements to come to the team house to pick-up their daughter’s extra luggage. Any remaining luggage will be carried into the Convention Center on Friday.

Once play is complete players will be turned over to their parents and Coaches will take players traveling alone to airport for

*Families are responsible for player’s return flight/transportation (not part of Player Fee). To be safe, return flights should be booked late on the final day or the next day if possible. *Tournament states that matches could be scheduled as late as 8pm on the final day.
*We typically have the players go with their parents once play is complete on the final day.

Team Accommodations: Team stays as a group in 6 bedroom homes with a chaperone in Windsor Hills Resort, Kissimmee. Go to VRBO.com, type in Windsor Hills Resort and your dates to check out the area. Condos, townhouses and houses available. Coaches stay in same area. *You would need a rental car. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive to the Orange County Convention Center where most play will take place. Wide World of Sports is about a 10 minute drive but only has 18 courts so fewer teams play there.

Team Food: Teams will compile a menu before leaving for Orlando and make most meals at the house. Teams typically try to do one meal out during the trip. Food cost is responsibility of players, typically $30-$40 per person.

Chaperone: *One chaperone per house. Chaperone gets free accommodation & entry to tournament.

Parent Accommodations: Responsibility of the parent.
*AAU offers local hotel options  or check out Windsor Hills Resort, Celebration or other resort area. Most competition will be at the Orange County Convention Center so you may want to start your search near or on International Dr, Universal Blvd or I-4. This map will show you the area around the Convention Center and some hotel options. *Competition will be in the North and South building only, we do not use the West building at all.
