Follow the signs to “Festival Hall”.
–Garbage must be placed in containers throughout the Hall to make an enjoyable experience for all-—teams who do not clean their bench areas after each match will incur a 10-point penalty on their next match/first game (both teams will the incur the penalty as it is their responsibility to clean both bench areas!) Eating or drinking at the score tables will incur the same penalty as above.
–COOLERS are not permitted in the Convention There are plenty of park areas along Lake Michigan adjacent to the Convention Center so leave your coolers in your cars and picnic outside. The view is spectacular! Convention Center Security will confiscate any coolers brought into the hall for safety reasons. Small soft coolers OK.

–NO OUTSIDE CHAIRS ARE PERMITTED TO BE BROUGHT IN PER CHICAGO FIRE MARSHAL CODE. Chairs are provided, and seating areas are limited to spaces the event staff feels safe to place. Generally, seating is behind the end lines and not permitted between the courts but on a few courts, it may be opposite…check at each court and referees will police this! Officials have the right to request spectators be moved or to eject unruly fans.
