IPV Alternate Uniform Fitting Date

Who: ALL New & Returning IPV Players
*We have new warm-ups this season so returning players need to attend for sizing.
Date: Sunday, September 25
Time: 9-10am
Location: Edward Health & Fitness- 6600 S Rt 53, Woodridge, IL 60517 Maps & Directions
*Turn left after enter facility, follow hallway around to the court area.
1) Try on uniform samples and place order. Players should wear a tank top & leggings to facilitate the process.
2) Parent signature on online Medical Release forms.
3) Directors will be available to answer questions.
*Parent meetings for the different age groups will be held closer to the start of the season.
