Team Flight to Orlando– IPV will check-in Players to team flight 24 hrs in advance. Players should be dropped off at Southwest doors at O’Hare airport. Coaches will be inside to help players with their boarding pass. We will proceed to the gate as a group.

18HP-Mon, 6/16- SW #2320 leaves O’Hare 11:25am, arrives Orlando 3:05pm. $277
17HP– Fri, 6/20- SW #2320 leaves O’Hare 11:25am, arrives Orlando 3:05pm. $277
15HP/16HP– Tues, 6/24- SW #2320 leaves O’Hare 11:25am, arrive Orlando 3:05pm. $277
Arriving in Orlando– We’ll pick-up our rentals, get some lunch then check in at Universal Endless Summer Resort.
*Families are responsible for player’s return flight/transportation (not part of Player Fee). To be safe, return flights should be booked late on the final day or the next day if possible. *Tournament states that matches could be scheduled as late as 8pm on the final day.
Coaches Return Flight to Chicago:
18HP– 6/21 American Airlines #1247 Leaves Orlando at 7:11pm arrives at O’Hare at 9:25pm.
16HP- 6/24- American Airlines #1247 Leaves Orlando 7:20pm at Arrives at O’Hare at 9:25pm.
17HP– 6/28- American Airlines #1247 Leaves Orlando at 7:11pm Arrives at O’Hare at 9:25pm.

*We typically have the players go with their parents once play is complete on the final day. Let us know if your player will be traveling alone and doesn’t plan to join another family. Coaches will take charge of them after the tournament if they book the same return flight above. Contact us if other flight arrangements have been made.
