Returning players may choose to complete their order using this form and the following information below as a guide.

-Before completing your order please check your jerseys and other uniform items to make sure that they fit and are in good shape for the upcoming season.
–Returning players– make sure that you enter the correct jersey # if updating a jersey.
–New players may request a jersey # and we’ll comply if possible.
–All Returning players need to purchase new practice shirts so the minimum order fee is $25.
-Returning players from the 12U age group moving up to 13U also need to purchase the L2 volleyball so the minimum order is $70.
-Note that we’re offering both white or black knee pads. If you need to replace them you can choose the color.
-We are offering Adidas Crazy Flight volleyball shoes at a significant discount, now $50. Shoes are limited to on hand stock only. Contact us directly if interested in trying them on.
