The above athlete will be pre-accepted into the IPV Volleyball Club Program for the 2023-24 season pending receipt of this form. Once you confirm, you’ll receive an invoice for the $300 Commitment fee and payment must be completed by Friday, July 14th. This Commitment Fee will hold your spot in the appropriate age and is non-refundable once received. *Team placement within an age division is determined after the season begins.
