Mandatory Paperwork  due by 2/28/20:
1-Copy of player birth certificate, passport or drivers license
2-Full name of player (Last, First, Middle) + birthday for Team Flight to Orlando.
*Use AAU Championship Travel Form to enter name/birthday & travel info.

Player Fee: $650
*Payment is due in full by 3/30 or in two installments of $325 each on 3/30, 4/30.

Dates: Travel 6/24 on Team Flight, Competition 6/25-28

 6/28 Coach flight- Plenty of seats available.

Team Flight to Orlando: 6/24- SW #5557, leaves Midway 5:25am, arrives Orlando 8:55am.
*Player flight cost is part of the Player Fee.
*Family members may purchase tickets for our group flight for $150 ea, first come first serve.
Use AAU Team Flight Form to reserve seats for family members. Payment to IPV due within 30 days.
*Airport is approx 15 minute drive from airport to Convention Center.

Return Flight to Chicago: Families are responsible for player’s return flight (not part of Player Fee).
*Optional return flight for coaches/players traveling alone/families:
6/28- SW #3190, leaves Orlando 8:35pm, arrives Midway 10:15pm. Cost $176 each.
Use AAU Team Flight Form to reserve seats for family members. Payment to IPV due within 30 days.

Team Accommodations: Team stays as a group in 6 bedroom homes with a chaperone in Windsor Hills Resort, Kissimmee. Go to VRBO.com, type in Windsor Hills Resort and your dates to check out the area. Condos, townhouses and houses available. Coaches stay in same area. *You would need a rental car. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive to the Orange County Convention Center where most play will take place. Wide World of Sports is about a 10 minute drive but only has 18 courts so fewer teams play there.

Chaperone: Looking for a chaperone for each team to stay in the house with their team.
*Chaperone gets free accommodation & entry to tournament.

Parent Accommodations: Responsibility of the parent.
*AAU offers local hotel options  or check out Windsor Hills Resort. Most competition will be at the Orange County Convention Center so you may want to start your search near or on International Dr, Universal Blvd or I-4. This map will show you the area around the Convention Center and some hotel options. *Competition will be in the North and South building only, we do not use the West building at all.

Spectator Tickets: Tickets may be purchased online. Spectator tickets may also be purchased on-site during the event at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex Box Office or the Orange County Convention Center.
*Daily tickets will be available for $19.50 for adults and $14.50 for children (ages 3-9).
*Length of event tickets with a separate ticket for each day:
June 25 – 28, 2020 $60.00 Adult and $46.00 Child
*Players/coaches/chaperones do not need Event Tickets.
