*6/12 Update:

-2600 teams competing; largest tournament in the world
-Orange County Convention Center (OCCC)
North/South Concourse; courts 9-166; outside chairs not allowed; cooler not allowed in court area- team cooler room available
Parking: $10 per day; active construction around OCCC; expect travel delays; drop off zones on both N & S concourses; courts on lower level.
Parking lots: North/South Concourse or Destination Parkway Garage & lot; shuttle service from Destination Parkway to N/S concourse 6am-12am.
-Wide World of Sports (WWS)/ESPN ; courts 1-18; free parking; valet service available; active contruction in area; expect travel delays.
-Computers available at both sites to check schedules/results; teams should not leave a site until results are posted & pool is complete in case of tie breaker.
-Player/Coach/Champerone receive credentials at check-in. Credentials are scanned at both sites before entry is allowed.

Playing Waves:

The complete schedule will be available through AES at www.advancedeventsystems.com and www.aauvolleyball.org approximately one week prior to the competition. The schedule below is to assist teams for planning purposes.  Any schedule changes or rule updates will be posted online.   
Competition will be held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex (Courts 1 to 18), Orange County Convention Center (Courts 19-166).  There are two facilities at ESPN Wide World of Sports – the HP Fieldhouse and Visa Athletic Center.  At the Orange County Convention Center, competition will be in the North and South Halls from June 17-24 and in the North Hall only from June 25-28.  Entrances are located on both the North Concourse and South Concourse.  Please refer to the Parking Map for information on parking locations based on your court number.  
Pool Play will be conducted in waves during the first 3 days of competition. Teams will play in either an AM or PM wave. Typically, the AM wave will run from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and the PM wave will run from 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., depending on the pool size. Some divisions will have challenge matches for teams in the Championship bracket on the last night of pool play.  All teams advance to the fourth day of play for single elimination brackets.  There will be multiple brackets in each age division.

6/20/18- UA #848 leaves O'Hare 11:50, arrives Orlando 3:31pm. *Extra seats available for $176.
*UA charges checked bag fee of $25 per bag- this is the responsibility of the individual; cash not accepted; players should bring a Pre-Paid Visa card or other for payment at check-in.

16HP Team Flight to Orlando:
6/24/18- SW #3323 leaves Midway 9:55am, arrives Orlando 1:25pm. Extra seats available for $174.

Team Flight Roster Form- All players on Team Flight + family members purchasing a seat on the flight must complete- Due NOW

AAU Player Fee:
$600 (includes Team flight)

Competition Sites:

ESPN WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS COMPLEX

Competition will take place in the HP Field House and the Josten's Center.  A total of 18 courts will be used.

Directions:

ORANGE COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER

Courts 19 to 172 will be located at the Convention Center in the North and South Halls.  Entrances and ticket sales will be located on both the North and South Concourses.  *Additional sites used as needed.

Parking & Directions:

  • A special daily parking rate of $10 per day will be available during the event.  This does include re-entry on the same day.  You must save your receipt for re-entry.
  • Parking is available in the North Lot, South Lot, Destination Parkway Garage and the Watson Lot (behind Hyatt Regency).
  • Take advantage of Shuttle Service from the Destination Parkway Garage.

Team Housing: Windsor Hills Resort- 2600 N Old Lake Wilson Rd, Kissimmee
Teams stay in 6 bedroom home with an adult chaperone. Coaches stay in separate home within the gated community.

Ticket Prices and Ticket Classifications have been updated and changed for 2018.
Daily tickets will be available for $18.50 for adults and $13.50 for children (ages 3-9).
Length of event tickets will now be purchasedper session, with a separate ticket available for all 13 days. Details for pricing are listed below:

Dig Pink Days at  the AAU Girls’ Junior National Volleyball Championships will take place on
June 22 (15HP/17HP), and June 26 (16HP). We encourage all teams to show  their support by wearing something pink. All current uniform requirements must still be adhered to on these days. Don’tforget to share your pictures online with #AAUDigsPink.
